Emancipation 2015 – Always a very special time

Emancipation is always a time to reflect on the experience of Slavery. In Trinidad and Tobago August 01st is a holiday and so the event is marked by numerous activities. One such event is the Emancipation Day Parade which starts down town Port of Spain and heads to the Emancipation Village.
