How does one become an entrepreneur? Experts say do what you love and you will never work a day in your life if you turn it into a business. Others say look for gaps in the market and supply customers needs and your business will be a success. However, ever Entrepreneur or business has a different beginning and their own story.

Recently, I wanted some accessories to match an outfit and simply could not find what I was looking for at least not in the colour I wanted. Then I thought to myself can I make what I want? I begun to look at what I materials I had and how I could use them. Then it dawned on me that maybe I could crochet a necklace and earrings set to match my outfit.   I had not crochet for a long time and even so, I had only made home decor pieces, accessories was a whole new ball game.

The set took about just under two weeks but it was finished in time for Emancipation Celebrations 2015. You can see the necklace in the first photo.

Since then the rest is history a they say. I now make broaches, rings and different types of earnings.

Every time I wear one of my creations, I would receive complements and this has given me the courage to not only make for myself but also to venture into this sector as a business. Keep looking out for new and exciting accessories from Your Wardrobe.
