Sometime you want to shoot, but you are not in the mood for sightseeing. Well if you’re like me and you like gardening you don’t have to go very far.
I must admit I started gardening because I like plants and growing your own seasonings saved money. Not to mention it’s convenient to have dill, thyme, parsley, chive and other fresh seasonings right inside or outside your door as the case may be.
It’s also a good source of exercise and it is very therapeutic. With our busy schedules you can choose crops that don’t require daily care but will thrive on getting all the weekend attention you can give them.
Finally this is the part us photographers are equally interested in, the countless photographic opportunities amongst these plants. Where you have plants you have flowers, butterflies and the occasional bird or two all these things make fantastic photos.
Take a look at some of the shots I got right in the back yard.
